Eligibility: Open to individuals whose actions significantly benefit the County of Philadelphia, regardless of their residency within the county.
Age Limit: There is no age restriction for nominees.
In Memoriam: Posthumous nominations are accepted.
Re-nomination: Unsuccessful nominations from previous years can be resubmitted.
